Facing Ethics Charges, Rep. Waters Points Finger at Bush Administration

Now let me see. Bush did NOT have a bank bail out and his administration ended in January, 2009. Obama DID have a bank bail out which occured during the period that Maxine Waters was dirty dealing tax payer money to a bank partly owned and controld by here husband. Yes... that damn Bush did it again.

I really think Maxine Rogers needs to go back to first grade and start over again. Her logic is on about the 6 year old level.
