Arizona bans ethnic studies in public schools

I can see the left wing nuts will be pooping marbles over this one. Especially since it comes on the heels of the Arizona Immigration Law.

And, damn it! The left is right on with this one. What right does Arizona have to declare anything I want to do with my chosen ethnic background? Hell! I want NAZI studies! Give me Hitler Youth or Give me Death!.

So after my little tirade, let's talk about it reasonably. What does the law really say? first off, it does NOT say your cannot have studies of Mexican, Polish, Romanian, Zamboangan or any other group. It only bars the divisive studies that place one ethnic group above another. So, say you are a fine American Citizen and a SKINHEAD. Could you study the history of Nazi Germany? Yes, as long as you do not promote the Nazi Socialist Party or the take over of the United State.
