Swiss won't extradite Polanski on child sex charge

One of these days the press will get the story right. These are the REAL facts in this legal Fiasco -
1) There is an International Treaty with Switzerland that outlines Extradition. The Treaty is NOT with the State of California.
2) The treaty allows extradition if a crime has been committed and not trial has been held. This is not the case with Polanski. He has already been tried.
3) There are several other requirements for extradition that have not been met. What this really means is the State of California has harassed and embarrassed an old man for months with no legal authority to do so.
