1) Van der Sloot picked up this Flores woman in a casino and went to his hotel room.
2) There they had an argument. Afterward, according to version 1, she fractured her skull on something, gashed herself to make him look guilty, smashed her face in then strangled herself. Or, he elbowed her in the face,knocking her to the floor where the fought and he suffocated her with his shirt.
3) Having done nothing wrong he decided to take a quick tour of Chilie before leaving the continent forever.

Joran Van de Sloot's claim that his constitutional rights were violated when he confessed has been rejected. This man is just stupid. His claim was that his confession should be thrown out because at the time he was only "represented by a public defender." How stupid is that?

McChrystal's Exit Comes at Key Point in War

I've been through all the wire services this morning and they are all parroting the exact same thing: YEAH. WE GOT PATREAUS NOW.

The problem with that is McCrystal was right. Obama is not a president. Obama's leadership is completely lacking. Obama started a war in Afghanistan and is now ignoring the troops he sent there to die.

It's obvious that the young men and women sent to war are far less important to Barry Obama than raising taxes on the Oil Companies and cramming his health care package down our thoats whether we want it or not. McChrystal relieved of command, Petraeus chosen to take over

Okay. We got the story but what does it really mean. A couple of things.

1) Regardless of how Obama tries to blame Afganistan on the Republicans, he started that war. It has not been going well and his "leadership" has come under both scrutiny and pointed complaint.

2) Obama AKA El Presidente' does not allow anyone in his administration or even working for the government or one of its contractors to say anything negative about him, his complete lack of leadership or the incompetents he chose to work for him.

3) This was the perfect time to assign a "Scape Goat".

4) Petraeus is the perfect "YES MAN" that Obama needed. However, in his usual idiocy, El Presidente' did not think ahead. He will need another Scape Goat in a few months, then who's he going to get?

In a long line of back stabbing insults to the United States we now have Mexico jumping into the fight. There are a couple of point the article missed that I would like to point out.

1) MEXICO is responsible for all the illegals in the U.S. The Mexican Government sees our country at their welfare system. The Mexican Government not only does not try to stop the illegals from coming to the U.S., the both encourage and aid them, giving them bus rides to the border.

So this was presented by Joe Biden, Vice El Presidente'. So are they cutting his job? He's one of the biggest frauds and waste of tax payer money in Government.

And does this mean all the banks, auto and oil companies who got "stimulus" money have to pay it back? We should hope so. And while they are at it, the GAO should be looking at the waste in the White House starting with El Presidente'.

This sounds like a good thing: El Presidente' taking the lead in the war on Afganistan... no Iraq... no Mexico... no Canada!... no... OMG the American People. Well, at least he defined the real culprets in this Gulf oil spill mess. The article reads in part

Of course, later on in the article he revised this list to include the real culprets - The Republican Party - for (a) causing the oil spill in the first place and (b) not raising taxes. But both of these failures on the part of the Republicans will soon be rectified under Obama's leadership.

It is, however, very odd how that the Oil Companies escaped the list. It must have something to do with contributions to his election campaign and the campaigns of his Democratic cronies. Well?

Now he's been captured trying to excape Peru where he is the #1 suspect in the murder of another woman, Stephany Flores.

Well, daddy, the big wheel judge, got him off in Aruba, but Peru will be a differnt story. This little twit will rot in prison for a couple of years before his trial, then spend 30 more there. I hope he finds a boyfriend in prison who will take good care of him (two or three times a day).

For those of you who haven't been keeping up on this, El Presidente' tried to FIX the Colorado election for the U.S. Senate. Now O-yeah-bama claims he only sent Billy Clinton to Colorado to "offer [one of] the candidate[s] a job." Yeah and El Presidente' only knows Ayers "slightly because their kids went to school together", "quit smoking" and "stumbled at the feet of the King of Saudi Arabia."

And I'm sure he really didn't have anything to do with fixing the immigration court so his ilegal aunt would not be deported too.

Now this really is funny. Under Bush the economy was bad. A month after OIbama took over the economy spiraled down into the toilet. All the fault of the Republicans, obviously.

The Republincas bit the bullet and voted to squander nearly one TRILLION dollers to bail out Obamas friends and large campaign contributors. Damned, ungreatful Republicans.

Next came the Unemployment extension (twice) which was supported by the Republicans. (Those Bastards!)
