Just a Holiday Observation

When I came to the US and hooked up with other members of my extended family here, Thanksgiving was always a big deal.  A deal almost as big and in some ways bigger than Christmas. It was a time when we could still travel easily and not have to battle the snow in the mountains.  The weather was still warm enough we could be outside. And it was a time of gathering the family together.

I understand the story about the Pilgrims and all that.  My nephew put that story straight when he said,  "After the first terrible winter, the pilgrims enjoyed a bountiful harvest.  Then held a big feast and invited their Indian neighbors.  Everyone sat down for a wonderful dinner and for the comradery.   Then after dinner the Pilgrims murdered the Indians and stole their land."  That version does compress history a bit.

But the point is this year and over the past several years Thanksgiving has become more and more less important. A few years ago the stores began opening the day after Thanksgiving early.  Then they stayed open late for the early Christmas shoppers. This year they are opening right after the turkey is devoured on Thanksgiving evening.

I was in the stores two weeks ago and found NO MENTION of Thanksgiving, but all the Christmas trash was predominately displayed. I suspect in another 8 or 10 years we will go directly from July 4th to Christmas shopping.  Am I the only one who thinks this is sad?

The Buck Stops Where??

Obama's apology yesterday was more of the same old horseshit piled higher and deeper.  It was amazing to watch Obama take "full responsibility" for this fiasco then blame you, me, the insurance companies and every
Republican who ever lived - especially the Tea Party.

I came away from his "apology" with the idea that he did nothing wrong, has never done anything wrong, will never do anything wrong and there is nothing wrong with Obamacare.  It's that's so then why are the 11 Democrat Senators  up for reelection next year running for cover?

Here we have another example of the incredible incompetence of the Obama Administration. First, Obama ignores U.S. Law and feeds the Egyptian military millions in aid even though the law says that would be illegal after a military take-over. But, of course, he had to do that to battle the Muslim Brotherhood (not really since Obama is one of them).  But after the dust clears and it obvious the Muslim Brotherhood is not going to get power back anytime soon, Obama pulls the aid at a time when the Egyptians most need it.

Once could not dream up a worst foreign policy.

Sebelius says she doesn't 'work for' those calling for her resignation

This is another example of the egotistic attitude the permeates the Obama administration.  Kathleen Sebelius doses not work for me?   My taxes pays her  overly inflated salary.  It''s my idea that Ms Sebelius should resign  or be fired for incompetence, lying to the American people and the squandering of $1 Billions in federal dollars.

The choice of the contractor to build the Obamacare site was flawed.  CGI has left lasw suites and failed projects all over the country.  Why weren't the vetted?   How much did they give Obama to finance his reelection campaign and why was there no oversight of them during the past 3 years?

If Ms Sebelius visited the White House 155 times as reported, why didn't the liars in that building (including the president - the great liar) know what was going on?  Or did he/they?  Is this another cover up like Benghazi, Fast and Furious etc? This Administration believes the American people are so stupid we will believe any lie that tell us.

States fight over Wright Brothers first flight

Why don't they find something good to fight about?   Gustov Whitehead did build and airplane in 1901 and flew in a straight line for some distance.  When he tried to turn he crashed.

Two years later the Wright Brothers discovered a way to turn without crashing and made the first controlled flight with an "out and back" flight -  something Whitehead could not do.

Firms claim gov't failed to properly test ObamaCare site

The logic  is unbelievable.  As everyone now knows the Obamacare Website doesn't work.  The $600,000,000 of Taxpayer dollars squandered by HHS was another typical scam by the Obama Administration.

Using this logic,  if you spent $35,000 for a new car. and it fell apart to a pile of junk in the middle of the street in front of the showroom it's  YOUR FAULT, not the manufacturer's or the Dealers.  So are we buying this?   The companies that wrote the site are responsible for testing it to ensure that the taxpayers are not getting ripped off.

But then how many other messes has the Obama Administration created just like this one?   I suppose this is all about "Stimulating the Economy"??

Is the media giving Ted Curz a raw deal?

Compared to what? Compared to the media treatment of Obama? Compared to the media treatment of Obamacare?   Compared to the media treatment of Harry Reid?  Compared to the media treatment of Nancy Pilosi? Yes. He got a raw deal.

Now, in my opinion, Ted Cruz is a compete moronic incompetent.  This is shown by his stupid grand standing with his Senate Filibuster over defunding Obamacare.   That was never going to happen. All that really did was raise the hackles on the back of Obama's neck leading him to say, "My way or the Hiway."

Ted Curz has always been a one issue politician - Immigration. That's all he knows.  Why in the world he jumped into the Obamacare mess we will never understand.  GO BACK TO IMMIGRATION, TED.  It's a loser too but at least you don't look STJUPID spouting off about that because no one is listening.

This idiot, along with his pea-brained partner, Marco Rubio, are on the wrong side.  They are only interested in getting getting reelected by grand standing and  pulling some fake street theater to calm their own egos.

Dufunding Obamacare and Immigration Reform cannot be done as long as Obama is president.  Obamacare is the one and only thing Obama has to  point to as victory while in office.  Immigration reform leaves Obama and everyone else at opposite ends.   Obama wants Hispanic voters.   Everyone else wants to decide what to do with millions of illegals.   But turn them into voters?

Wow.  Sandra Bullock shines in this film.   I recommend this to everyone.  It has all the things Obama does not. Honesty, good acting, screen  presence and believability.

Sorry Obama but you are a liar. Y our healcare bill is a train wreck. And y you are totally unable to tell the truth about anything.  That goes for you favorite pets:  Harry (The madman) Reid and Nancy (the senile) Pelosi.   Pass the bill so we can find out what's in it?  Or the Tea Party is holding the economy hostage when the Republicans including the Tea Party worked all weekend to try to stop the partial shutdown while the Democrats wouldn't even look at that bills the House sent over until the 11th hour?

Harry Reid and Nancy Pilose have forgotten who they work for and why they were elected.  Listen you two.  The People do not want a shut down and they do not want Obamacare.  The fear of standing up to our Imperial President and running the risk of being branded RACIST by his legions and losing campaigne money from the DNC does not discharge you from that duty.

Stand up with the "big people" for once.  Let Obama know his health care bill is dead and his budget, along with his economic plans, are a shambles.

House Republicans' new spending bill calls for 1-year delay on ObamaCare

Again the insane Senator Harry Reid his hopping mad because those dirty Republicans don't like Obamacare.  He says the latest House Bill which would not kill Obamacare but delay it until the end of 2014 (after the elections) is "dead on arrival" in the Senate.


It seems the only thing Obama as done in 5 years is pass a law creating the ACA (Obamacare) which nobody read before voting on it, was poorly written, contains the largest tax increase in American history, will increase the cost of healthcare, reduce the availability of healthcare the most middle class Americans and nobody except Obama, Reid, Pelosi and the rest of the haters in the Democratic Party.



Because of the intractable position of Reid and his cronies we face a shut down on Tuesday even though Obama himself has said the law is not ready to implement, the IRS has said they are not ready and HEW has said the systems in place now don't work.

The best thing about the Republican version is Obamacare would not take affect until after the November, 2014 elections.  With so many Democratic seats in both houses up for grabs, it's likely the Republicans will take back the Senate and hold onto the House.  Then Obamacare can finally be repealed and put to rest.

SHUT UP TED!

Ted Cruz is an idiot.  His grandstanding before he Senate was a complete waste of time. If anything it induced more Republican Senators to side with the the Democrats over the budget ceiling. 21 hours of nothing amounts to nothing.

So why the grand standing? I can answer that question from history as recent as 2007.  At that time, out of the woodwork came a senator who have no experience, no voting record and no reason to ever be elected to anything more important than dog catcher. We all recognize this man as Barrack Obama.

Obama was the master at grandstanding.  He gave beautiful speeches filled with hope and lies. The left pounced on him as a cat would pounce on a rat. Why?  Because he was new, because he was black and because no one had any idea what his true positions were.  All he would say is he was going to, "fundamentally change how Washington works" and that "he was the only candidate who would work both sides of the aisle."  Fundamental change has turned into socialist policies that have put the U.S. on the road to becoming a second class nation.  Working both sides of the aisle clearly has meant ignoring the Republican House and blaming them for all his own failures.

Is this the kind of man we want to be President?  Isn't Cruz essentially the same person in another garb?

Both Cruz and Rubio are one issue candidates - Immigration reform.  For Cruz to jump on the Obamacare bandwagon is insulting.  His position is not been thought through. He had to know before his stupid speech before the senate that he was wasting everyone's time and he had to know that this was only a stage for him to bring his name out to public view so that the ignorant would follow him and contribute to his election campaign.

Okla. gun laws to blame for college baseball player's death?It's

It's clear the tactics of the left to gain everything they have ever wanted.  Two teenage Blacks and one White plotted, planned and murdered a student in Oklahoma. Now there is a lot of outrage.

The Left is screaming for more "Gun Control" to keep guns out of the hands of everyone except the criminals.

The Blacks are blaming "the white aristocracy which has created this unfair divide between cultures."

The "intellectual elite" is blaming cuts in "gimme" programs.

Why isn't anyone blaming these three murderers for the crimes they committed, then laughed about and tweeted as if they had just won the Super Bowl?  The Right is trying to do just that.   The Left's reaction is to yell and shout so the Right cannot be heard, then spew their own misdirected BullS**t to claim they "won" the argument.

I'm seen this over and over. It happened and is still happening with Tryvon Martin  The Chicago 7 is another example.  The Panthers threatening voters in Chicago during the 2008 election who were "simply being helpful to the voters" and the list goes on and on.

But yelling and shouting down the opposition does NOT win an argument. It only makes the Left look more and more lame and self important without doing anything to solve the real problems they claim do not exist.

GOP big enough for Sen. Rand Paul and Gov. Chris Christie?

Chris Christie is exactly right.  The GOP has to win the 2016 election.   What we do not need is another loser like Rand Paul who will lay down and let the Democrats run over him like Romney did in 2012.

Rand Paul has NEVER been a Republican.  He has always been and continues to be today, a loud-mouthed Libertarian who only wants to split the party the same way his father did. His ideas are wrong. He disagrees with everyone. And has ideas that make no sense to anyone.

Ted Cruz on defunding Obamacare

It's true, dear readers,  there is a retard born every minute.   Ted Cruz is completely out of his league here.  You cannot defund Obamacare.  To do so, the Democrats will shut down the government and blame the Republicans.

Even if Cruz suceeds in defunding Obamacare and not shutting down the government,  it's clear Cruz has not read a newspaper or magazine in years.   Obama will simply fund it by stealing money from some other, far more worthy program.   If that doesn't work, Obama will fund Obamacare legally using his Administrative Law Powers. 

It's obvious that Ted Cruz is far more interested in making headlines in some failure of an attempt to gain the White House than doing anything in Congress that is worthwhile.  The man needs to get a life, drop out of politics (he's unfit for the job) and go back to whatever rock he crawled out from under.

STAND YOUR GROUND PROVES RACISM

It's pretty obvious that the black community doesn't care if George Zimmerman was guilty or not - HE'S GUILTY!.  They are cherry picking facts in the cast and misquoting the testimony.  This morning I heard Martin was intentionally STALKED. There was nothing in any of the testimony that said anything like that.  George Zimmerman "racially profiled" Martin.  Even the prosecution said that was not true.

The NAACP demands an FBI investigation into Zimmerman's "Hate Crime."  That was done months ago and found no evidence of racism at all  other than Martin calling Zimmerman a "creepy cracker."

None of this matters.The fact that the "Straight A Student" was on his third suspension from school,  he was found with bergerlery tools, is known to sell drugs and commonly picks fights, means nothing to the racist Race Police headed by the likes of Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson.

Today Obama spoke publicly damning the "Stand Your Ground" law in Florida.  This is another item the race haters have pick up on.  But if you look, nowhere in the court proceedings was that law brought up or used as a defense.Furthermore, Obama, Holder or anyone else in the Federal Government has sway over a state law that does not violate the U.S. Constitution.

The whole point is, Martin acted, if not racially, at least, incorrectly when he started the fight with Zimmerman.  Zimmerman was found Not Guilty of the charges. Martin has to bare part of the blame in his own death. Did Zimmerman do some things that were wrong?  Yes.  I'm not defending that.

More importantly, I refuse to support or condone the racial hatred that is coming from the black community. Sorry if they didn't like the outcome of the court case. But the jury made their honest decision.  So live with it.

Zimmerman Not Guilty

The blacks and left wing nut jobs are screaming, "Travesty Of Justice!"  No. Zimmerman got a fair trial which was closely watched to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. Justice was carried out in this case.

From day one the likes of Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson have been demanding Zimmerman's blood.  Let's get serious.  The police at the scene of the shooting could not find any evidence of a crime.  The case was reviewed by the Chief of Police.  He could find no evidence to arrest Zimmerman and charge him with a crime.

The one thing that really irked the Blacks and the Left Wing nuts was that Zimmerman was "barely white enough to push forward..." their racist agenda and viewpoint.  Days ago I said to a friend, "If Zimmerman gets off, there will be some black guys - Jackson, Sharpton or whoever, who will be pushing t he Black Community to riot."  I see it coming. 

What would have been the reaction if Travon Martin had killed Zimmerman?  I envision the black community screaming to "FREE TRAVON!"  For a white (or semi white) person.  it's a losing situation because of the racism coming from the blacks and the left.

Obama's War on Coal and Global Wrming Insanity

First of all 40% of all electrical generation in the United States comes of Coal Fired plants.   Put and end to the Coal Industry and 40% of Americans will be in the dark and cold. The other truth, Obama and his ultra left wing cronies have chosen to over look is the scientific fact that the Earth is growing cooler, not warmer.  The so called evidence that this is the prelude to catastrophe is thin at best and totally unscientific.

The Obama hate agenda has over looked the real offender:  CHNA.. That country has no rules for air quality and refuses to even discuss the matter.  They  have more autos than the U.S. and they all openly smoke, spewing thousands of ton of carbon emissions into the atmosphere every day.

Remember the Snowdon mess?  What was Obama's answer to the Constitutional violations and potential criminal activities at the NSA?  "Let's Get That SOB!"  not let's clean up the mess our friends at the NSA have created. 

This leads us to the Coal regulations.  Obama has found that mysteriously after a couple of speeches the whole thing didn't go away.  So he dragged up the Coal Industry and phoney regulations to give everyone something else to look at.  Sorry, Barry.  It didn't work.  I'm still looking at Benghazi, the IRS, and the NSA.

Go make another speech.  That's the only thing you are half good at.

The Immigration Fiasco

I realize that immigration and border security are a problem. However, all the yacking I hear from the Conservative side is about driving up unemployment and driving down wages.  The liberals scream about driving the economy with an added 30 million new workers.  But let me ask a few real questions.  Of those legal workers with green cards in the U.S. how many pay taxes?  How many receive Food Stamps. How many are on public assistance for housing? And how many are on the welfare rolls (you don't even need a Social Security Number to receive welfare)?

The liberals are dead set against securing the borders.  I can think of one really good reason to stop the illegal immigration that seems to have been passed over by the media - DRUGS entering the U.S. every night carried across the border by paid "immigrants" who do it night after night.  These are not immigrants.  These are criminals in the employ of the drug cartels.  Does this say the liberals don't want their supply of drugs cut off?

What More Poof Do You Need?

Obama now has waited until his friends inb al Qieda and el Shariah have joined the fight on the side of the rebles in Syria before sending arums to overthrow the government.  I don't understand why he doesn't just empty our warehouses of military hardware and give it to the anti-American terrorists groups around the world.  That certainly would save a lot of time and trouble.  

 

It has become too clear that Obama is not working for America.  The terrorist who murdered so many at Fort Hood, the Boston Bomber, the New York Subway Bomber all are not terrorists.  For some unfathomable reason they are simply work related or just crazy people - but NOT terrorists.  That's because Obama has "won the war on terror."  

 

But that raises the question, if the terrorists have been defeated why is the NSA spying on Americans?  Accourding the the NSA Chairman, it's to stop all terrorist attacks.  Wait a minute.  The terrorists were defeated, remember?  Who's ass is Obama trying to blow smoke up anyway?

Now isn't this how El Presidente' and his Liberal Coneys operate?  The fact that the NSA stomped all over our Right to Privacy, as guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution, seems to mean nothing while the dastardly character who spilled the beans is hunted like a common criminal.  Has anyone at NSA been disciplined or fired?  Has anyone even bothered to apologize to the American  people?

And look where the outrage is coming from.  The Republicans are screaming, but dead silence from the left.  I do recall a time when there was plenty of whining from the Democrats.  The Washington Post dated December 16, 2005 ran a story titled:  Bush Authorized Domestic Spying.   The outcome was the NSA agreed to stop electronic surveillance of all American Citizens unless there was clear evidence they were associate with terrorists or terrorist organizations. Someone at NSA seems to have forgotten.

Wait a minute.  According to El Presidente' himself Al Queda is "on the run" and all the other terrorists and terrorist groups are defeated.  So what is the reason for domestic spying now?  Regardless how much the Obama Administration wants it, they cannot have it both ways.   Either Obama LIED to the American people about what a fine job he did defeating terrorism or he's a complete failure and spying on American Citizens is justified to combat terrorism.

What a day in the news

Yesterday, May 8, 2013, must have been the most news worthy day in decades.  Jodi Arias is guilty, Arial Castro is  going to be fucked for the fucking he got and the Obama Administration looks like the liars some of us have always known it to be.

So Jodi Arias is guilty.  Not really surprising there.  The only surprise is that it took the Jury a day and a half to come up with a verdict.  I suspect the Jury deliberations centered more around what's for lunch then the crime or evidence.

Now the Castro brothers is a very strange story.  It turns out two of the brothers,  Onil and Pedro, are illegals, but as yet there is no evidence they were involved in the kidnapping.  However, it appears that the Knight woman was pregnant at least 5 times and these two may have been involved in the rapes. (As a side line, this is another reason for killing the current immigration bill touted by the Democrats.)  The Castro family sound like the Germans at the end of World War II.  "We didn't know. We had no idea.  It's not possible that anyone in our family could have perpetrated anything like this."  Bullshit!

Now we come to the Behghazi hearing.  Obama Lied.  Susan Rice Lied. Hillary Clinton Lied.  They all lied to perpetuate the fiction that Bin Lauden is dead and al Qieda is on the ropes.  Protect Obama's reelection.  Chicago thug politics reigns in Washington.  Bully the witnesses. Stonewall requests from the investigating committee.  Stick to your story.  And as Hillary Clinton so dramatically claimed,  "What difference does it make?"

Yesterday her question was answered by Mr. Greg Hicks:   It matters to the families of the slain. It matters to the friends and co-workers at the State Department. And it matters to the American people.

This president and State Department are an embarrassment to the entire country.

Obama pledges inquiry on Benghazi survivors’ testimony

I have been silent on the Benghazi terrorist attack for a while now. Bit this is too good to pass up. The Obama Administration MADE UP  an entire story line on Benghazi  within hours of the attack.  Then the story laid there and began to smell.  The Obama White House issued  an "official time line" of the events that night.  Shortly afterwards the CIA and FBI issued their own time lines which don't come close to matching each other or the "official" version.

By now it's obvious that there was no "Peaceful Demonstration" that got out of hand.  That was a figment made up by the White House and the State Department. It's clear they would do anything to just make this go away.  After all, Bin Lauden is dead and Al Qieda is sinking faster than the Titanic.

But now a few brave individuals who were there are trying to come forward with the truth. So the Obama Administration does what Chicago hoodlum  gangs have always done - threatened the whistle blowers.

When asked by Ed Henry of FOX News if he had a comment, el Presidente' claimed he had heard nothing about this at all.  But he went on to say he would investigate and get to the bottom of these evil lies.  (I'm reminded of Obama saying he would fin the perpetrators of the Benghazi attack some 7 months ago.  One wonders when the search will begin.)  Now we have the Head Liar investigating LIES in his own house.  Would anyone expect this investigation to get any farther than the phoney answer to Ed Henry's question?

Obama: The perpetrators will feel the fulkl waight of Justice

Yeah, let's go after those guys that attacked our embassy in Benghazi - I mean killed  our consulate assistant in Afganestan - wait I really mean in Boston.

Well, he never looked for or found the perpetrators in Benghazi.   He never looked for or found the perpetrators in Afganestan.  Why would Boston be any different?  Obama never looks for or finds a Muslim Terrorist. 

If you followed the timeline,  Thee was an explosion then 14 seconds later a second explosion.  Five minutes later Obama was hiding in his bomb proof bunker, the DC Police were on high alert. The Secret Service had shut down all access to the White House. The US Army had blocked off Pennsylvania Avenue.  And the emergency vehicles had not even arrived on the scene in Boston.  It was not for another two hours that Obama appears to have crept from his hiding hole (actually a fake news room in his deep bunker) to tell the world how he was going to (not) deal with the criminals "responsible for this tragedy ."   It was not a tragedy. It was another Terrorist Attack perpetrated by Obama's own religions brothers, the Muslims.

Now wouldn't i it be nice if, instead of squandering $TRILLIONS$ on Obamacare, that money was spent for protecting American Citizens by getting rid of TSA, replacing them with honest, trained security agents,  putting in real security at our travel ports rather than some random "make-work" project for lazy indigents, securing both the norther and southern borders, stop coddling the illegals swarming across our borders, and begin investigating those illegals who are already here?  This begins with firing Janet Neapolitano, holding her legally responsible for the attacks and deathss on this country and bringing her to justice. Then a total rethinking and reorganization of  Homeland Security.

The blame it your, Barrack for appointing political hacks to security positions rather than qualified applicants.  John Kerry Secretary of State?  That's insane.  John Brennan Secretary of Defense?  Stupid.  Why continue down this road to destruction other than you WANT the U.S. to fail and fall under the heel of your Muslim Brothers. Why would we expect anything different this time. Obama has already set his  ineffective pattern.

Social Secruity Reform?

So the Emperor Obama did social security reform by simply changing the method the government uses to measure inflation.  For many years seniors on Social Security have been guaranteed an annual raise based on the rate of inflation.  Obama wants to change the way inflation is measured.  That will have two effects.

The first effect is more war against seniors.  After not getting any increase for three years then in the fourth year a whole $20.  Obama was forcing seniors to "pay  their fair share."  That's nice but no federal employee has been forced to pay their fair share."  Obama and his crony, Joe Biden, are vacationing 30% of the time on the tax payer dime.  DOJ, EPA, DOD and other departments are still squandering  our tax money with expensive "conferences" and social get-to-gathers to discuss what?  Their next vacations?  Remember the embarrassing events last year created by the GAO squandering for their extended "Conference" (Vacation).

The second thing this will do is reduce the appearance of inflation caused by Obama's slanderous spending and the Federal Reserve printing money with no backing.  The CPI is far less broad than the current system.  That will make it much easier for the Obama Administration  to manipulate the inflation number to make themselves look less better and not like the failures they rally are.

It's clear Obama has nothing in mind but more debt, bigger government, socialized medicine and stifling opposition with screams, false accusations of racism and lies. This will end up being the same old "blame game" that Obama introduced in June, 2008.,

Smithsonian releases Wright brothers contract detailing 'first in flight' claims

I cannot understand what the Smithsonian and others are trying to prove.  It has been known since before the Wright Brothers flew in 1903 that they were not the first to fly.  What they did was not just fly but do something no one else had been able to do.  The flew a straight line as many have before, then turned around in the air and flew back.  That was the first  "controlled flight".   Taking off and landing at the end of a straight flight is NOT controlled flight.

What the Wright Brothers did was something unique.  For a number of years air plane builders had tried to make their planes turn.  The result is, the plane does turn and banks.  As the plan banks the wings loose lift and the plane crashes.  Again this is NOT controlled flight.  The Wrights made the wings of their plane so they could be twisted as the rudder is moved. This increased lift as the plane banked and the the plane turned successfully without crashing.

Undoubtedly, the Wright Brothers did not really understand the aerodynamics of their twisty wing. But it worked.  In fact it worked so well the same principal is used today on modern aircraft.

Stop with the harping. This is some garbage dreamed up by some wannabe intellectual who scrapped the bottom of the barrel to find something to make himself look smart.  It didn't work except with the ignorant, unwashed masses who spend their lives in front of their XBOX and barely learn enough to read at a third grade level.

North Korea scraps armistice that suspended Korean War

It appears the Obama, coupled with the negotiating skill of Dennis Rodman, have  concluded a fabulous peace treaty with North Korea.  Opps!   I should have said, forced the North and South Koreans  to a brink of war which will involve the U.S. too.  Good job, both of you.

For over 60 years there has been an uneasy peace between the two Koreas.  Now with the OBAMA down grade of the military, the overwhelming debt and the total lack of leadership we are faced with restarting a bloody war we stopped back in the 1950's.  Good Job! 

And why do the North Korean leaders think they can get away with this?   OBOMA ALLOWED them to have nuclear weapons.  But no problem.  Obama's foreign policy has stopped the spread of nuclear weapons every where else in the world.  Oh, I forgot about IRAN.

White House suspends public tours, but first family trips in full swing

More proof positive that the idiot in the White House and his Ugly Wife do not have the ability to tell the truth about anything.   Remember in 2008 when Obama claimed to be a "Professor of Constitutional Law at Harvard"?  LIE!   Remember just a few months ago when the Benghazi attack was a peaceful demonstration that "got out of hand"?  Remember just a couple weeks ago when Obama worked so hard with Republicans to avoid the Sequester by flying off to Florida for a round of golf with Tiger Woods?

It turns out the entire sequester is a lie.  The American tax payer can afford to spend $300,000 per year for two  Calligraphers at the White House and $180,000 per hour for the Obamas to go jet setting around the country and around the world on vacation, but that appears to be funded by depriving 12 year old of the opportunity to tour the White House and everyone else of enjoying what minimal vacation they can afford on Federal lands.

It time for the lies to stop. It's time for Obama to admit he's a liar and vacate his office.

Rand Paul scores points with father's skeptical supporters

I don't know who these supports are since no one can find them and I do not know what points Rand Paul could possibly have made.  Let me start by saying Rand Paul missed the entire point of having a Filibuster.  This was mean to derail the nomination of John Brennan as head of the CIA.  Now Paul is running around Washington claiming,  "I Won!!" when all he really got was another empty promise from the Obama Administration for a few, fully redacted documents that mean nothing and most likely don't even relate to Benghazi.

Who appointed Rand Paul Court Jester of the Year anyway?  This is a Left wing "Independent" who is trying to pass himself off a a middle of the road Republican.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.  This is a  man who sat at his (very strange) father's knee and learned the ropes of playing both sides in every political argument.

If there were any points made it was the Rand Paul knows how to waste everyone's time, undue weeks of Political Maneuvering and still claim victory.

Every time there is a debt ceiling debate, a tax debate or a debate over the size of the National Debt, Obama goes on the Campaign trail and rails about the dire consequences of the Republican Congress refusing to do things his way.  Remember in this last debacle when Obama said essentially, "My way or the Highway"?

This time it's millions of people will lose their jobs.  The Police, Firefighters,  school teachers and traffic controls well all be laid off.   But what happened today?   Did the entire government shut down? Did those dirty Republicans push granny over the cliff?  None of that. In fact, nothing happened at all

The Republicans stuck to their guns when Obams said "Raise taxes $85 billions and pay for the Sequester."  What a bad idea.The very last thing you want to do in a depression (yes I said depression!) is raise taxes.  And remember, Obama did just that in December.  Following that January was the worst month in decades. 

But Obama is on a crusade and facts and demonstrations will not dissuade him from his "Golden Path" (to bankruptcy)/  This is a man who has surrounded himself with "yes men" and others who subscribe to the socialist ideology while cutting himself off from all other voices. This leaves us no hope other than waiting him out, hoping he does not lead us over the cliff or he is impeached and forced from office over a crime.

The Senator mentioned is Ron Wyden who has long been considered a moron by many of his constituents. In 1997 it was discovered that barrels of nuclear waste was leaking and, somehow, plans to clean up the mess was overlooked, forgotten and swept under the rug.

Now a guy at the University of Washington (a structural engineer who claims to be an "environmentalist and expert on energy issues) has magically "discovered" this an raised a big stink in the State Government. So why didn't he do this in 997?

And how bad is the waste seepage?   The material leaks out onto concrete where it pools.  It is inspected monthly to see if there is any increase or if the material is leading through the concrete slab.  It is and it's not.  In other words the whole thing is NOT new and has long been contained until some idiot Left Winger decided to make an issue of it and ultimately it was handed to a moron in Washington DC to handle.

If recent history tells us anything, nothing will be done with the waste but Obama will try and raise taxes for  "Investment in Infrastructure,"  whatever the hell that is.

Insurance providers not buying into ObamaCare

In the beginning Obama convinced the Insurance industry they would make huge profits from Obamacare. It was smart on his part to play to the companies greed. But like everything else Obama has touched this has turned out to be another lie.  Now even the Insurance Companies are running from this mess because the states are looking at these pools and turning up their noses. This means all the pools (Exchanges) will be Federal, run by the same people who made welfare into a disaster.  Now the Administration cannot seem to decide what the perimeters of the health insurance are - what's covered, what's not and how much will the Insurance Company get.

The Administration's assumption in drafting this law was that the American people were so stupid they would run to the insurance companies and buy whatever was offered at whatever price with Obama claiming the cost would be "affordable."   In fact, it is affordable, if you are one of his targeted rich who he claims are to blame for all the world's problems and should be punished with higher taxes.  Obama, himself, said a few days ago, "I will not accept or sign any bill that hurts the middle class."   In fact, the greatest injury to the middle class since the Great Depression is Obamacare. 

Passenger from disabled ship files lawsuit over 'floating hell' cruise

In 2009 I was standing in the lobby of the Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco.  For those of you who don't know that hotel, it is one of the iconic old hotels on the west coast. The rooms are immaculate as is the service.  As I stood there a woman walked up to the desk and began screaming and berating the desk clerk about the service. The longer this went on the louder it got. It seems the maid had not left a mint on her pillow the night before.  But to hear her tell it, the "Mark" was worse than the filthiest Motel 6.

What was the real problem?  In one word,  "Expectations."  This woman book into this expensive hotel expecting to be treated like a queen.  Instead, in her mind, she was treated like a common strumpet. But was she really?

Now turning to the Carnival Triumph  and taking a hard look I see much the same situation.  People booked "the cruise of the lifetime" and ended up on the short end.  I can understand that. But was it really as bad as these people claim?  Did anyone die? Did anyone become sick? I realize there was one elderly woman who was taken away in an ambulance, but was her problem related to the accident?  Another was removed a day earlier from the ship and taken to a hospital with an apparent stroke. Should either of these people even belonged on that cruise ship?

Two Texas mothers made prominent appearances in the media claiming their daughters (10 and 12) had phoned and cried wanting to come home "because the conditions were so awful."  I have to ask:  Who would be stupid enough to send two children on a cruise to Mexico by themselves? Oh, these two women. Sorry, I must not have been paying attention.

So now the law suits begin.  Was there any real damage? Did Carnival Cruises do the best they could in an unfortunate situation? Or is this really a case of unfulfilled expectations as much as the incontinence?

Democrats in denial about spending?

First Obama, then Nancy (The Insane) Pelosi and now Charlie (of all people) Rangle are claiming there is not spending problem in Washington.  Didn't they just give themselves a raise for the fine job they've done?  What did that cost?  Hasn't the economy floundered in recession ever since the $800 Millions Stimulus Package? Isn't the unemployment rate still at 7.9% and didn't the economy shrink in the last quarter of 2012?

I understand Keynesian Economics which obviously Obama and his cronies do not. Yes, it worked under FDR.  But that was a different situation and the spending was quite different.  In 1940 FDR was handing out contracts to large employers to hire workers to build war machinery for shipment to England.  Then through out the Second World War huge contracts were given out to companies such as Ford, Boing, Keiser and GM to build more war equipment.  Millions of people were put to work. The unemployment rate was negligible.  What FDR did not do was spend for unneeded roads and bridges. Use tax dollars to pay his cornies for campaign donations, pay cities to hire a few police and teachers (all union) and the like.

Clearly, Obama and the likes of Pelosi, Reid and Rangle have no idea about  how the economy works and how to kick start it now that it's in trouble.

House Republicans cool on path to citizenship

It seems that the battle is really over securing the border rather than whether or not to allow the illegals a path to citizenship.  According to the Democrats Obama has done more to secure the border than any president in history.  Their proof is that the flow of illegals crossing the southern border has slowed significantly. And that is true.

What the democrats do not admit is that the numbers have slowed because there are no jobs in the U.S. due to the Obama Economy. Instead they claim these people are needed to pay taxes to get us out of debt.  And how many pay taxes?  A much better question is:  How many will support the Democratic Ticket in 2016 ?

Alabama Teacher Suspended for "Fat Butt" Comment

The comment was part of a rant about Michelle Obama.  The story popped up on MSNBC.  It did my heart good to finally see someone telling the truth about Mrs. Fat Butt.

But the liberals again got their way.  The story was pulled after about 20 minutes and the Obama administration was again covered by the main stream media.  This is nothing new. MSNBC especially has a long history of killing stories that do not show the proper obedience to the Obamas. When are they going to learn Obama is not their friend?

Well... I looked at this picture and what did I see?

The caption says Obama shooting skeet at Camp David on August 4, 2012.  So what's wrong with it? I can see three things.

1) In skeet shooting the targets are thrown high into the air.  Obama is firing this gun level to the ground.  That makes about as much sense as Obamacare.  Note that Obama is standing straight rather than leaning into the target.  He is off balance and has no idea how to shoulder that weapon.

2) The gun is smoking.  Modern ammunition is loaded with "Smokeless Powder" invented in 1884.  It became the standard for ammunition during the 1890's. Only black powder smokes.  So why is this gun smoking as it is fired?

3)  Another oddity is there are two puffs of smoke. One comes from the barrel as you would expect. But there is a second shooting off are right angles at a place a few inches from the muzzle. Can anyone explain that extra puff of smoke?

The only possibility is this picture is both faked and photoshoped to cover a error Obama made when he told the press he went Skeet Shooting "all the time."

U.S. economy contracts for first time since recession

Now I find this very odd. After all, Barrack (the rag head) Obama, Joe Biden, Jay Carney and even Nancy Pelosi have been telling us for months how well the economy is doing.  What could possibly have happend?

Let's look at what happened during the 4th quarter of 2012.  We had the Holidays, which is the biggest manufacturing and sales season of the year.  We had the "Fiscal Cliff" which killed thousands of defense jobs. We had Obama reelected. And let's not forget the Obama tax hike and the promise of more tax hikes to follow soon.

None of these things could possibly have had any negative affect on the economy.  After all everything is rosy.  Obama even gave the tens of thousands of government employees raises because the economy is doing so well.

What could possibly have happened?

US economy shrinks 0.1 percent, first time since recession ended

Two nights ago Colon Powell, who I have always had respect for as a thinking person, unswayed by the bullshit in Washington, said he voted for Obama in both the 2008 and 2012 elections because he was the only candidate that knew how to fix the economy. That's a very odd thing for him to say since the economy has been in the tank since Obama too office, the stock market took a dump both times Obama was elected and the growth in the economy has been stagnant for 4 long years.

After careful thought this appears more a racist selection than anything having to do with politics or the economy. Remember how Bill and Hilary Clinton were RACIST in the 2008 campaign?  Remember how John McCaine was a RACIST at that same time?  Remember how anyone to spoke against Obama was a RACIST, is a RACIST and will always be a RACIST   Damn those RACISTS at FOX News!

Frankly, it's sad to see a great person like Powell fall into the Obama RACIST trap and join him his the Democratic brand of ULTRA-RACISM.

Clinton pushes for more broadcasting of pro-US message, raising questions about agency's mission

Even though the article totally missed the point, this headline comes close to the real problem:  Does the Obama Administration even have a foreign policy?

Look at the history.  Obama pulled the troops out of Iraq and handed it over to terrorist groups. Now he's planning to do the same thing in Afghanistan.  That makes two lost wars in 4-1/2 years.  He Supported the "Arab Spring" which turned out to be a vehicle for the Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist groups to take over the governments of most of North Africa. Now, knowing that Morsi is a terrorist who has vowed to destroy both Israel and the United States, he sends them millions of dollars in "aid" and 16 F16 fighter planes.

Meanwhile, back home he is making a play to disarm America.  It's obvious that the U.S. Constitution is just some stupid paper written by some old guys who were on dope or something. We don't need a second Amendment. And hones Americans cannot be trusted with real weapons. It seems the only ones who can be trusted are the criminals who will ignore the law in any case.

Remember Obama says "Jobs are the number one aim..." of his Administration?  Then why has he held up the XL Pipeline when would create 200,000 jobs and cost the country nothing?  Instead he chooses to import oil from such friendly nations as Venezuela. And what happens to the oil we will not import from Canada?  I goes to China which has not environmental regulations at all and has become the world's largest polluter.

And "Fracking" is, of course, going to lead to the total destruction of the environment even though there has not been a single case found where fracking has leaked anything into the environment.  But as we know "Green" is the way to go.  Did I mention that at most Solar and Wind together can only product about 7% of the energy needs of America?  That means it must be worth higher taxes and a lower standard of living.  Right?

One has to ask:  Who's side is this man on?

After being Inaugurated MRS. GOD for a second term, Michelle Obama is already on a roll, insulting House Speaker, John Boehner, and anyone else who she felt disagreed with her or her loser husband's Communist Policies. And let's make it even clearer what a slimball she is.   Look at that grey dress she was wearing.  Does anyone else think it looks like a RUSSIAN ARMY GREAT COAT?  I am so looking forward to four more classless years.

Voter Cnfusion over the Debt Ceiling

I realize that Obama has borrowed about  $6.5 Trillions while the Republicans have demanded spending cuts..  Now this is the confusion -  Obama borrows $1 Trillions from the Chinese while cutting spending more than the $1 Trillions he borrows.  So, why does he need to borrow anything at all?

The answer is easy and has nothing to do with Economics. It's all tied up with the need of politicians to get reelected periodically.   If a Senator or Congressman cuts spending to the Elderly, Hispanic, the poor or some other self interested group they run the risk on not continuing in office. So the real question is how do you get around this problem?

Obama's answer seems to be  BLAME THE REPUBLICANS FOR EVERYTHING.  But that's both incorrect and unfair.

My solution is to limit terms of office to all Senators and Congressmen to 1 4 or 6 year term.  They won't have to worry about being reelected and can concentrate on the real problems in this country.

Go Back To Sleep, Dianne

In the wake of the latest shootings, the God inspired left lead by Dianne Feinstein have decided we cannot be trusted with guns even though the U.S. Constitution seems to say we have a right to own them. Damn that pesky Constitution!!  It always seems to get in the way when the lift wing nut jobs are marching to save the world from itself.

There is an obvious misunderstanding on the part of the left.  GUNS KILL PEOPLE.  PEOPLE DON"T KILL PEOPLE.  It seems that is the Battle Cry of the insane left these days.   Talking it one step further,  Adam Lanza, the Connecticut school shooter, should not only not be incarcerated, but his record expunged.  At the same time his gun should be locked away forever because of a horrible crime it committed.

Like Rohm Emmanuel said,  "Never let a disaster go to waste."  This one has brought out all the left wing nut jobs who want to save us from ourselves because they know what's best for us.  Personally, rather than guns, the anti-gun people are far more dangerous and are the group that should be locked up.

Sandy vs Katrina

I will tell you up front I'm tired of the bitching, pissing and moaning from the liberals over the "Republican hold up of aid to Sandy victims."  They claim that the Katrina victims received "immediate" relief, while the Sandy victims have to wait until the Republican controlled house drags it's feet. But let us take a look at the reality.

When Katrina occurred during the Bush Presidency, Bush immediately directed Congress to appropriate billions of dollars for Katrina relief.  He then appointed Homeland (IN)Security to take the lead.  But Bush followed up for weeks and months The Republicans were blamed for the storm, slow response and inhumanity. Admittedly, there was a lot more that could have been done to speed the aid to the victims, but money was NOT the main issue. The real issue was one of logistics.

Sandy is a totally different story. Days after the storm Obama over flew the area and, in an op ed, claimed help was "on the way." He then totally forgot about the victims, the storm and put all his entire attention on bombarding the Republicans over the "Fiscal Crisis,"  which he created.  Ultimately, the "Fiscal Cliff" was "Averted" with a ridiculous SPENDING deal which will work ALMOST as well as the 2009 STIMULUS PACKAGE that simply squandered $800,000,000.

Yesterday, the first day of the new Congress,  the House acted and, after reading the bill created by the intellectual giants, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, began chopping out all the PORK the Liberals had salted the bill with. $60,000,000 became $9,700,000. Big difference. Then the House was forced to face where will the money come from, since Obama got most of what he wanted in the Fiscal Deal, leaving the country essentially broke and looking for an additional $4,000,000,000 in borrowing to support Obama's spending SICKNESS, along with the promise of more tax hikes in the near future.

So, put this in perspective.

Finally A Resonable Proposal

Since Congress doesn't have the balls or the intelligence to stand up against Obama and his squandering, I have a proposal they should take a long look at to handle the debt crisis.  Remember yesterday when Obama held a press conference, blaming Congress for the National Debt and claimed that his spending program of another $4 TRILLIONS in debt will cut the debt down to size (?)?

If he's really serious (which he isn't!) this is what the Republicans should demand at the Debt Ceiling negotiations, then stick to their guns.  If Obama refuses to go along, then the ceiling stays where it is.

1. For every increase in Taxes (Federal Income, Employment and Use Tax) the Debt Ceiling will be LOWERED by the same estimated amount.

2. For every increase in spending the Deb Ceiling will be LOWERED by twice that amount.

3. For every real cut (not the Washington method of slowing spending but REAL CUTS) the Debt Ceiling will be increased by 50% of the amount cut.

4. No pay increases to anyone in government until the Unemployment Rate drops below 7.1%. (No Joe Biden, you haven't earned a pay raise.)

A simple plan. A plan that forces fiscal responsibility. A plan that works for everyone except the President and his Cronies.  Stick to your guns, Republicans. Make it work!  The arrogance of Obama warning Congress there will be no negotiation over the Debt Ceiling is about 10 steps too far. It's time to slap the President down and let him know who he works for.

House passes Senate fiscal cliff deal

Essentially what the OBAMA "deal" says is NO CUTS - SPEND MORE AND $16 TRILLION NATIONAL DEBT WILL GO AWAY.  Now how really stupid is that?  Borrow your way to prosperity. DUHHHHHH,

But Obama has to share the blame with every Republican in both the House and Senate who voted for this clusterfuck.  It's obvious that they didn't understand they could have used the Debt Ceiling as a tool to get the cuts we need in Washington.  The Debt Ceiling should rise only as much as spending is cut.  If no cuts, then force the issue by LOWERING the Debt Ceiling and then watch these fiscal retards in the White House scramble for a deal.

Senate approves fiscal crisis deal after missed deadline

For those who were either to stupid or lazy to pay attention, this story is another Democratic Fraud.  They negotiated a bill that will "save us from going over the fiscal cliff."  But who are "THEY"?   Let's try Obama, Joe Biden and Harry Reid.  So where were the Republicans and where was the Representatives from the House?  How about NOT INVITED.

So Obama led his two lap dogs, Biden and Reid, into a closed room and drafted a bill that gave the president lots of money to squander with NO SPENDING CUTS.  Then he has a gall to tell the House they have to pass it immediately, even before they have a chance to read it. (Does that sound like Nancy Pelosi telling congress to pass Obamacare because they didn't need to know what was in it?)

This is clearly a dare.  Obama is saying I WIN... I WIN...   He has the notion that anything the Republicans do they will be blamed.  No so.   Listen Republicans....  Send this country over the cliff after passing a bill to set the Sequestrations off 6 months. (Remember on December 10th, he said on video the Defense cuts would not happen.) That will send the economy into the toilet and Obama will  own it.

As soon as the Holiday vacation is over the House should start the work on the Debt Ceiling.  I would suggest LOWERING the debt ceiling, not raising it.  Then send the bill to Obama and refuse to negotiate on the Debt Ceiling when he demands it.  Show us yer spines (if you have any) and send Obama back to the "hood"  where he belongs. He has certainly turned out to be the worst president in modern times.
